Executive Team Summary

Renaissance Healthcare Group, Inc., (RHG) and Renaissance Hospital Management, Inc., (RHM) have their corporate office in Oak Park, Illinois, and a branch office in Jacksonville, Florida. Our team of highly accomplished executives has a wealth of experience in healthcare management and is skilled in assisting a wide variety of clients. Our experience ranges from difficult hospital turn-arounds and physician group management assignments to assisting healthcare-related businesses develop and prosper. Renaissance is owned by and employs individuals who have a depth of knowledge and the ability to help assure success in today's dynamic healthcare business environment. Our principals include the individuals listed below.



Gary D. Silverfield, President, has over 30 years of business development experience and a range of expertise that spans from finance and investment to construction, renovation, sales, and executive management. He has consulted in the healthcare industry for many years. He served on the Board of Trustees of Loretto Hospital (Chicago, Illinois) and as a member of the Board of the University of Florida Faculty Clinic (University Medical Center, Jacksonville, Florida), and the MidWest Hospital Corporation. Presently, Mr. Silverfield serves on the Board of Directors of Westside Insurance Company. Mr. Silverfield holds a B.S. in Commerce from Washington & Lee University, and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of South Carolina.

Vincent R. Williams, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Renaissance Hospital Management, Inc.  Mr. Williams brings his extensive policy and legislative talent to the arena of health care in underserved communities, making him a foremost authority on the unique needs of urban health care delivery systems.  Mr. Williams began his leadership role in health care in the District of Columbia, Commission of Public Health. He served as the Public Health Coordinator under Dr. Reed Tuckson (former Commissioner of Public Health).  Mr. Williams served as Director of the Milwaukee Comprehensive Community Health Center (FQHC).  Later Mr. Williams while on the staff of Mayor Richard M. Daley, volunteered on the Loretto Hospital/Mental Health Advisory Board and finally he served as Vice Chairman of the Loretto Hospital Board of Trustees.  These experiences coupled with his extensive leadership roles in local County and Federal Government uniquely prepared him to offer his skills in facility construction, labor relations, marketing financial management and law.  Mr. Williams holds a B.A. in Political Science/Economics from Howard University in Washington, D.C., and a law degree from the Northern Illinois University College of Law in Dekalb, IL.

Steven C. Drucker, Senior Vice President, has over 30 years experience in healthcare management. He has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of two hospitals including Lincoln West Hospital and Loretto Hospital. He has also held senior management positions in several large governmental and private hospitals as well as mid-sized community hospitals. Mr. Drucker has a wide range of experience in all aspects of healthcare management with particular strengths in operations, medical staff development, ambulatory care, marketing, cost reduction and turnaround situations. Mr. Drucker holds both a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.P.A. with specialization in Health Administration from Roosevelt University in Chicago, Illinois.

John F. Valles, Senior Vice President, is a highly qualified and experienced professional third party specialist who brings over 25 years of financial and administrative experience in the inner-city hospital environment to Renaissance. He has held CFO, administrative and other financial positions at Loretto Hospital, St. Bernard Hospital, Edgewater Hospital, St. Anthony Hospital and Franciscan Sisters of the Sacred Heart Corporation, in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Valles has also served with the Medicare intermediary, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois as well as with Allstate Insurance Company. He serves on the Board of Directors of Westside Insurance Company. Mr. Valles holds a B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Texas, and an M.B.A. in Finance from Keller Graduate School of Business in Chicago.

Rembert T. Cribb, Principal, has more than 25 years experience developing and operating healthcare facilities and companies. Mr. Cribb presently serves on the Board of Martin Memorial Health Systems, a two-hospital not-for-profit healthcare system in Martin County, Florida. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of Summitt Medical Management, Inc., an Atlanta-based healthcare company, which he co-founded in 1990. Summit was purchased by Mariner Post Acute Network, Inc. in 1998. From 1986 to 1990, he served as Vice President of Development and Acquisitions for Forum Health Investors of Georgia, Inc. In 1982, he co-founded Sunbelt Health Care, Inc., an Atlanta-based hospital management company which was sold in 1986. Mr. Cribb holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and an M.B.A. from the University of North Florida.
